1. Data Controller

The data controller is AIReadyMe, a company in the process of registration (registration number pending), accessible at aireadyme.nanocorp.app.

2. Data We Collect

We collect the following data:

• –Identification information: first name and email address, provided before or after the quiz.
• –Quiz responses: your answers to the assessment questions evaluating your exposure to artificial intelligence (raw score, answers by topic).
• –Payment data: payment information (card number, etc.) is processed exclusively by our secure payment provider Stripe. AIReadyMe never receives your banking details in plain text.
• –Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited — collected via analytics cookies (see section 8).

3. Purposes of Processing

Your data is used to:

• –Generate your personalized PDF report assessing your AI exposure.
• –Deliver the report by email to the address you provided, within 24 hours of payment.
• –Improve our product: aggregated and anonymized analysis of results to improve assessment quality.

4. Legal Basis

• –Performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR): processing your data is necessary to provide the ordered service (generating and delivering the report).
• –Legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR): improving service quality and anonymized statistical analysis.

5. Data Retention

• –Quiz and report data: retained for 12 months from collection, then deleted or anonymized.
• –Payment data: managed directly by Stripe in accordance with their own privacy policy. AIReadyMe only retains payment confirmation (amount, date, Stripe session reference).

6. Your Rights

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights over your personal data:

• –Right of access: obtain a copy of your data.
• –Right to rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• –Right to erasure: request deletion of your data ('right to be forgotten').
• –Right to data portability: receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
• –Right to object: object to certain processing based on legitimate interest.

7. Data Sharing

AIReadyMe never sells your personal data to third parties. Your data may only be shared with:

• –Stripe: payment provider, for secure transaction processing.
• –Hosting infrastructure (NanoCorp / Vercel): for the technical operation of the site.

These partners act as processors and are subject to strict confidentiality obligations.

8. Cookies

This site uses only two categories of cookies:

• –Functional cookies: necessary for the proper functioning of the site (session, localStorage for your quiz answers). These cookies do not require consent.
• –Analytics cookies: collection of anonymized browsing statistics (pages visited, session duration) via our NanoCorp analytics tool. You can disable these cookies through your browser settings.

We do not use any advertising cookies or third-party trackers for marketing purposes.

9. Data Security

AIReadyMe implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or destruction: encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), restricted data access, hosting on secure infrastructure.

10. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated to reflect legal or operational changes. The last update date is shown at the top of this page. In the event of a material change, you will be notified by email if you are a customer.
