1. Seller

AIReadyMe, a company in the process of registration (registration number pending), operating the site aireadyme.nanocorp.app.

2. Product Description

AIReadyMe offers for sale a personalized digital PDF reportassessing your career's exposure to artificial intelligence (hereinafter "the Report").

The Report is generated based on your quiz answers and includes:

• –Your AI exposure score and its personalized interpretation
• –Analysis of AI's impact on your specific profession
• –Identification of your most vulnerable tasks and skills
• –3 concrete priority actions to strengthen your professional position

The Report is a non-refundable digital content item after delivery (see Article 6).

3. Price

The price of the Report is €19 (nineteen euros, all taxes included).

VAT: as a sole trader (if applicable), VAT is not charged pursuant to applicable tax regulations. The displayed price is the final price. Any change in tax status will be reflected in an update to these Terms.

Payment is made online via Stripe, a secure payment provider. All transactions are encrypted (SSL/TLS). Accepted payment cards are those supported by Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, etc.).

4. Order and Payment

To place an order:

1. 1.Complete the AI assessment quiz on aireadyme.nanocorp.app.
2. 2.On the results page, read the Terms & Conditions and check the mandatory acceptance box.
3. 3.Click the payment button and complete your order via Stripe.
4. 4.You will receive an order confirmation by email.

The order is definitively confirmed upon Stripe's payment confirmation.

5. Delivery

The personalized PDF Report is delivered by email within 24 hours of payment confirmation, to the email address provided during the quiz or payment process.

If you do not receive it after 24 hours, check your spam/junk folder, then contact us at aireadymesupport@gmail.com.

AIReadyMe undertakes to deliver a Report consistent with the description presented on the site. The Report is provided for information and personal decision-making purposes only; it does not constitute professional advice (legal, financial, or HR).

AIReadyMe shall not be held liable for decisions made by the customer based on the Report's content.

8. Intellectual Property

The generated Report is intended for personal and non-commercial useexclusively. Any reproduction, distribution, or resale, in whole or in part, is prohibited without AIReadyMe's express authorization.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought first. Failing this, the competent French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

In accordance with consumer protection provisions, the customer may also resort to consumer mediation. For any unresolved dispute, the customer may refer to the European online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

10. Acceptance of Terms

Before any payment, the customer must check the following box on the results page:

"I agree to the Terms & Conditions and acknowledge that my right of withdrawal is waived upon delivery of the digital report."

This box cannot be pre-checked. The payment button is disabled until this box is checked.
